2025 > Today : Expert Front-end Developer at BIT
After being my own boss for so long, I wanted to see if I could work under someone else and experience the feeling of being a 'new employee.' I also wanted to learn how a company should treat its employees.
I chose to join BIT because they work on technology I believe in and strongly support the open-source community, which I stand for.

Lessons Learned
- I'm surprised to see how well I can work in a team I do share my opinions when I disagree, but I'm learning to compromise so that everyone is happy.
- I realized the critical importance of work-life balance. I now prioritize taking regular breaks and allocating time for personal activities to increase my overall productivity and well-being.
"Life isn't a sprint; it's a marathon. ;)"
2020 > 2024 : Co-Founder & CEO at Megaphone Communications AG
After several years, I've decided to sell my shares from, by Attitude AG. formerly known as Megaphone Communications AG. I want to refocus on development for a few years.
I loved being a CEO and cherished my teams. It wasn't easy to make this decision, but I am confident it was the right choice for me."

Lessons Learned
- I've learned that you are nothing without your team, and that they are the most crucial part of a company.
- AAs a Front-end specialist, I've learned extensively about optimizing and automating the development process to enhance the efficiency of my team and reduce error rates (CI/CD).
- As the enterprise wasn't very large, I had multiple roles. I also learned to create business plans and successfully sell products to customers.
It enabled me to test my product with them and improve the UI/UX based on their feedback. - It humbled me and made me realize that my own thoughts are not always the best. I now understand the importance of listening carefully to my peers.
2017 > 2020 : CO-CEO at Ultrastark Development AG
I joined Ultrastark Development AG as CO-CEO, focusing on the Front-end while my colleague handled the API part using PHP & MySQL. The enterprise specialized in developing custom websites and hybrid apps.
Lessons Learned
- I've learned a lot about various tools—setting up GitLab/GitHub, experimenting with Bit, Jira, Trello, Mattermost, and more.
Through this process of experimentation, I've become more confident in my skills and have identified the tools I prefer and enjoy using. - Working directly with customers allowed me to take my first steps into project management.
- Working 16 hours a day was common, and I didn't take a day off for over a year. While I now understand this isn't healthy, it taught me to work effectively under pressure and deliver on time, while also emphasizing the importance of self-care.
I'd like to say that I've learned as much in one year as I would typically learn in five years of normal work. - I also managed the entire hiring process and discovered a passion for teaching my knowledge to others.
In three years, we had three apprentices, and I also taught others. I'm always eager to help others on Stack overflow, and I will always cherish my first Gold badge.
Avr. 2019 : 1er finalist at the Arkhaton
That year was honestly tough. We didn't have many customers over the summer break, and we hadn't anticipated that this would change the amount of work we had.
So I decided to participate in a Hackathon. Working for myself, it was hard to gauge my skills. Being the 1st finalist helped reassure me quite a bit.

Sum. 2017 : Project analyste at Gleich aluminium
It was my first job in the tech industry. I was hired to plan the initial stages of digitalizing and automating their production processes.

Sum. 2015 : Bartender at Beaver Lodge
I traveled to London to learn English. Initially, I attended school, but within a week, I had already secured a job as a bartender in a nightclub.
The experience was amazing, and I met a lot of people. I also learned how to make people feel valued and heard.

2016 > 2018 : Busness information technology, HES-SO Valais-Wallis
I attended the Highschool for two years and gained valuable knowledge in IT fundamentals. However, as I was already working at Ultrastark, I had to make a decision. I chose to quit that school to focus on my work.
Lessons Learned

2016 : Military
I'm not naturally inclined toward military service, but I decided to serve nonetheless.
Lessons Learned
- Not every boss is a good boss, and the army underscores that. So I learned to say 'yes, sir' and to do what I'm told, even when I don't agree with it.
- That said, I've also learned how to propose ideas effectively. I was amazed to find that people listen when you know how to deliver information.
- I've always been someone who believes 'everything needs to be clean,' and I've learned that this mindset is beneficial in many aspects of life.
